At Nasty Pig, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and jockstraps are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in brand-new, sellable condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
